WALK MONDAY 2 JANUARY 2023 - PADERNE CERCA VELHA

A beautiful walk near Paderne with wonderful views. Although the walk is fairly short (6.3 km) there is one uphill stretch and one downhill making the walk Average Difficulty (3/5) overall.
Meeting Point: O Alagar restaurant in Cerca Velha, just outside Paderne. ( 37.174163, -8.192314 ). Walk starts at 10:00am
Directions to the meeting point: Drive to the village of Paderne and then up through the village on the N270 in the direction of Boliqueime. Just after leaving Paderne you enter the town limit of Cerca Velha and after 300m the cafe is on the left. There is parking for a few cars on the right, just before you reach the café.
I have no idea what will be open for coffee / lunch on Monday, so those seeking coffee before the walk should probably get it on the way, and we can see what is open for lunch upon return.
