Linda and Russell will be leading this walk at the new earlier start time of 8.30am at Café Sociedade Recreativo at Figueiras. It is approximately 10kms and just over 2 hours. We head up into the village, through a cork tree forest and then out into the countryside. There are not many hills to climb as it is a fairly flat walk. Please wear suitable footwear and clothing and bring a drink. There is no charge and you walk at your own risk. The café will most likely be closed when we start the walk. We will call for a drink at one of the cafes in the village of Figueras after the walk.

Directions: Drive West along the N125 past the Alvor turning and the Penina Golf, after approximately 2kms go under a footbridge and immediately turn right into Figueiras at the sign "Polidisportivo".
