When the cvo.com guide Geoff is not around then your best bet is to look in the local Portugal News or Algarve Resident newspapers (can never remember which is which) under their What's On sections for details of weekly guided walks that Julie Statham does. We've been on these in the past and they are a good way of seeing parts of the countryside that you wouldn't necessarily visit otherwise.
