Is anyone planning any walks during December? In particular between 19 & 31.

We fly out on 30 December , so a NYE walk on 31 December is a strong possibility!

A few walks down to the town and staggers back

I was thinking of something a shade more energetic, & great for working up a thirst in preparation for the evening. I'll do a separate notification, but details are:

Meet at 1000.

Meet outside the cemetery in Silves & walk up to the windmill & loop back via the beautiful countryside beyond. About 2 hours. (Directions: driving from CVO to Silves , go over the bridge & turn right. At the roundabout , turn left towards the town & the cemetery is about 100m on the right).

No charge , of course.

There are a couple of brief, steep sections.

I might be up for it but not too sure about Sharen. We're off out later on and she needs to get ready, i.e. she needs 6 hours!

Tell Sharen that the walk will finish by 1215 , that should give her plenty of time!
