Hello dear company

We feel very sorry we can't participate at the walk of march 18th. We enjoyed very much the nice company (included the dogs !)and of course the superb vieuws at the windmillwalk. We certainly will be present again in May. Thanks.

PS. Geoff, no need to make me incognito, so Gerrit, not Jerec.

We bought the Algarve walks book and plan to do some later this year.

One point to note though which is in the book to be aware of the danger from accidents during the hunting season.

The book does indicate which are areas at risk.

Alison......that was the book we used as a guide, & the irrigation walk you mention is the one we are doing tomorrow , albeit with a slight twist. Great minds & all that . Hope to meet you on a walk when you are out here. Just to rub it in , the weather this last week has been gorgeous , unbroken blue skies . Bit windy today though.

Caroline.....glad you enjoyed it , nice to meet you. Hope to catch up later.

Yeh, yeh, yeh - it is actually (hazy) blue skies and glorious sunshine here today - but I'd still rather be in cvo. Hope you enjoy the oranges tomorrow Geoff and stop for refreshments at the Club Nautilus (or whatever it is called about half way round). We will be out in early June so maybe we can join you for a walk then (if it's not too hot!).

Alison
We will be here in May , not June , but hopefully someone else ( you?) will keep the CVO Ramblers flag flying till we get back again!

I have just realised that anyone reading this page having accessed it by General CVO won't see details of other walks.
Best to go to " Events & activities" & then CVO ramblers......or click on the CVO RAmblers "Go" link at bottom right.

Next walk wed 28 March at 1000......directions on other page , but briefly take N124 from Silves to Messines & turn left where signposted Torres & Corres. Park aftr 1 km
