Restaurants suitable for vegetarians

I’m travelling to cvo soon with a friend who’s a vegetarian- any suggestions for restaurants for us to visit? Having visited cvo for more than 20 years, I've never looked at vegetarian options! I suspect that my go-to places won’t be the places for us to eat in! Thanks

Hi, hope this advice is not too late! Most of the restaurants will have at least a few veg options but the biggest choices will be in the Indian restaurants. There are several in the town but two of the best ones are Pani and The Gurkha Kitchen. Cheers.
