soon you wont sink in the alvor estuary

it seems that desalination is to be used by a group of hotels in the alvor area, after extracting pure water the waste water plus 40 per cent more salt will be put back into the sea..so for those swimming in the area it will be like floating in the dead sea in Israel (perhaps!!)
