Off shore companies

Post by Mike N »

Hi, does anyone have their property held in a Delaware registered corporation managed by Equiom?. We have just been told that accounts now have to be submitted in Delaware ( at least 3 years @ $600 ) despite being registered there for 15 years and not receiving any income. On top of that , yesterday ,Equiom informed me that the company now has to register the beneficial owner(me) to comply with EU regulations, suggesting that either my Lawyer or Fiscal representative should do this. Sovereign can't help as a digital key needed and I don't have Lawyer. All this to be done by 30th June 😡
Any help pointing me in the right direction would be greatly appreciated
