It seems the Portuguese Government has now stated it will take up to 46 days to clear a cheque from the UK, so my Manager has informed me, they're trying very hard to screw the cash flow up eh! :(

Cheques, have they not gone the same way as quill pens and letters ??

You paying by transfers? get a chequebook it takes longer to clear, maybe the bank doesn't trust you with one eh! :D

I have a cheque book somewhere,I think it is in the box with the VCR.
