Hi there, I have a ground floor 2 bedroomed apartment in the village of Ferragudo. Lounge/Diner - fully fitted and equipped kitchen - utility room with washing machine & dryer- main bedroom with fitted wardrobes & en-suite shower room, w.c., bidet & basin - second double bedroom with fitted wardrobes - main bathroom with bath & shower over - w.c., bidet & basin. Under stairs lockable storage cupboard.
There are only 2 apartments in the building, ground floor and first floor. Both share a large communal roof terrace with beautiful views of the village and the River Arade towards Portimao. There are 2 outside showers, 1 for each apt + a separate w.c. with hand basin. Storage cupboard with hot water boilers for each apt and fridge for beers/wine etc.
