Digital Re Tuning

Is it true that the digital re tuning in the UK has resulted in loss of BBC1 & BBC2 & ITV channels on digi boxes in Portugal? If so what is the fix please?

Ours was working last week, no noticeable changes in channels.

There have been no changes in the channels receivable or the signal strength.
