Property Management

Can anyone recommend a property management company. We are looking for someone to manage our property while we are not there. We also need need them make sure the property is clean and tidy and ready for when are paying guests arrive. They should be on call to sort out any queries that paying guests might have. We also need them to make sure all our bills etc get paid.
