yes for those leaving the dark side of offshore and moving to the new system might like to be aware that my lawyer telephoned today to say that my proposed move from offshore to joint names (husband and wife)
if it includes rural or rustic land is now not possible (wef aug2003) only single named owners are now allowed....dont know if this is too with the recent fires when the several owners of land couldnt agree on land clearance????
therefore i am now to transfer for simplicity sake the villa and rustic element into my own name
