villa painting

hi all,
I'm looking for a decorator to paint the outside and some of the inside of my villa in Sesmarias. i have received 2 very silly expensive quotes and both have includced pressure washing the whole of the outside, which has pushed the price up. I had the villa painted about 6 or 7 years ago and there was no pressure washing involved. i do not need it now, so i want a more reasonable quote now.
can anybody recommend such a decorator please ?
