Buying a Car

Post by mur1963 »

We have owned a place in Carvoeiro for the last 3 years and have always rented a car when we visit which has worked out well, however we are now going to be more frequent visitors and are thinking of buying a second hand car. I understand prices are much higher than the UK and I thought about bringing a UK car over but seems more hassle and prefer LHD when abroad so think worth buying a Portuguese car. Can anyone recommend a dealer in the area ? Any other advice gratefully received

Closer to home than Guia is the lot between Porches and Alcantrillia.
It's owned by a car company who sell off their older cars there.
We got a very good deal there, and the added advantage is that they can arrange long term airport parking, ( for a fee)

The owners name is Joao mob 966972041
