3 bedroom, modern, high spec villa

A guest has asked me if I know anyone with such a villa in the carvoeiro area? it does not need to be easy walking distance to the beach. I understand it is for the second half of September. our villa is already booked for September albeit a 4 plus 2 villa, they want 3 bedrooms. If you have or can recommend such a villa please send me a PM. I will be happy to forward it onto our guest.
