well this year the fayre has shrunk in size by my estimate a quarter, guess why?

it seems silves camara have insisted everyone needs licenses , reg with finances etc, so as a result loads of stands didn't bother turning up. Also when I went to silves camara 5 days before they hadn't even printed any programs or poster :oops:
