Long Term Rental Required

I have some friends, a couple around 60, who are looking for a long term (approx 1 year) rental in a 30km (ish) radius of Carvoeiro encompassing as far as Messines and Monchique to the north. Ideally looking for a 3 bed villa with pool, starting from Dec/Jan/Feb but very flexible on this. If 1 year not possible they will look at 6 or so months.
They basically want to get the feel of Portugal before they potentially buy a property. There are only 2 for the majority of the time but may have their daughters staying with them now and again for hols, hence the 3 bed request. Can anyone help ? If so could you PM me please.

The property section of the Resident newspaper usually has several long term rentals in the area your friends are considering. I think there's a link from this site.
