Can anyone tell me when the square will be finished? We are due to arrive in Carvoeiro on 26th June.

It looks like it will stay like that for some time -nobody seems to know when they wil finish it- just asked the people at the Barco, yesterday, they told me they keep ringing the Local Council, but get no satisfactory replies.I think - like everyone else- that it is completely abusive, upsetting, etc.,etc., to have that there for so long, and having been told it would be removed by the end of last December.
Just hope they don´t let it go through the of June.

how bad is it? are all the restraunts open? does this mean there can be no entertainment in the square?
