Hi folks,
Can anyone tell me if there is a good "well equipped" gym in Carvoeiro or the surrronding area. I have been many times but have not come across one in the village.
Thanks
Robbie

There is also a well equipped gym at the main Carvoeiro club tennis and sports centre.

I think she's Thai Ellie and she charges an awful lot compared with a lot of the really good salons etc. around here. (or she did a couple of years ago, I haven't been back to her since then!)

What problem so you have with your leg?

Afternoon Misty :)
My problem is left thigh muscle..it stems from an old knee injury(which Ive had injections for)..and when I try to walk too far, the muscle is sore?
I also get leg cramp sometimes on waking in the morning.
Been wondering if massage would help? Mind you, I think a dose of Carvoeiro sun would be good at moment too
The lady at Rocha Brava was recommended to me from a woman who suffers back pain, but this woman is wealthier than me :) )....
so if you have address /phone no. of someone a little cheaper I'd be grateful,
Thank-you :)
cheers...ellie
