Anybody see this program recently with Andrew Winter advising a Lady on selling her house in Lagoa. It was near a cement factory and a lake! (A swamp, as Andrew called it.)
There were shots of Andrew on a beach talking to camera. I am sure it was Carvoeiro, but no location name was given. It gave the impression that it was Lagoa beach!!!

if i'm not mistaken, they also called Lagoa a 'village'. But technically carvoeiro is part of the Lagoa conselho, maybe that's what they were referring to (although very misleading!)

Lagoa is now officially a city and Carvoeiro has gone from village to town.

Yes i suppose I should have made that clear. I really do wish researchers made more of an effort with details.

Yes, this villa is situated just next to Restaurant Rosa, in Lagoa,more or less behind Fatacil. There are some other properties which were built about the same time, some years ago. It´s just a small development.
