This is a shameless plug to put the topic back on the top of the list.
We've had a great response for the treasure hunt thanks to Roy4eyes fantastic PR activity. (Never noticed that the flyer was posted in Intermarché!)
There are still a few spaces left!!

Can someone please confirm the start time for this treasure hunt. Is it 1pm or 2pm. Have registered but the email reply did not confirm the meeting time. Can't remember. I know it says 2pm on the events section but I seem to remember that it was changed to 1pm or am I wrong?

I think the first cars are going off around 1.30, so if best to get there between 1.30 and 2!

Hope it went well and you had a fabulous day!

Can we have the first reports on here soon?

Who won? Who got lost and hasen't been seen since? Who got lost and just returned to base to warm the bar stools

Thanks to everyone who took part in Saturday's treasure hunt.
Thankfully the weather was good.
We raised €500 for the children's charity.

Please see my report in the events section.
The Cranes duly arrived back but 'Little Micky' is flying with me this afternoon - and we only have one parachute and it is strapped to me

. Any suggestions ?
Seriously we enjoy arranging these things and putting faces to names but would appreciate your ideas for future get-together competitions/meetings etc. - possibly something for the summer season which the kids can join in with??
Over to you forumer visitors !!

Very pleased to hear that the day went well and the amount raised was a much improved amount than the last treasure hunt. Is it possible for you to post the name of the children's charity and an address to foward a cheque for those who like myself and family were unable to attend and may wish to contribute. Thank you.

TB & R4E,
We need to check, but it is believed that this charity maybe one of the ones that some of us already support.
