I've posted this in Events and on General as I'm not sure who can or can't view things.
Roy4Eyes has asked me to post the details for the BIG CVO EASTER CAR TREASURE HUNT!!!

CVO.com Easter Car Treasure Hunt

Saturday 15th April 2006
Starts at 2.00pm

€15 per person to include:

Registration
3 course dinner with wine, coffee and liqueur
Raffle ticket

Proceeds to go to a children’s charity

Excellent!

Yes N.R., we thought that as the last treasure hunt we did was so much fun, we would try and open it to as many people as possible.

It's a good way of raising money for charity, having a fun day out and meeting new people as well as discovering parts of the Algarve that we might not know about.

Sundance has kindly agreed to have some of the flyers in her shop and someone I know will post them around Aljezur so that's one half of the Algarve covered!!!

Sundance, Bruxy brought home your Easter Treasure Hunt flyers and may I say that they are extremely good, so much so that if and when I need similiar I would very much like, if I may, to place an order with you. It was extremely kind of you to do them and give up obviously so much of your time to help in a good cause. Thank you. Nightrider

I used my free time to mock them up. I enjoyed doing it. Hehe.

Thanks for the offer Phil - TB and myself have been out and about this afternoon planning the event.

We feel it will show visitors some of the most scenic parts of the Algarve and also possibly show locals parts of their adopted country they have not previously visited or have just passed by. They will also have the chance to meet some interesting local characters en route, learn some interesting facts, exercise their grey matter with our cryptic clues and hopefully have a fun day as well.

The whole route covers about 100 Kms., should take about 4 hours and will finish with an all-inclusive dinner, prize-giving and raffle with some fantastic prizes all for the ridiculously low price of 15 euros.

Having raised 100 euros from our walking Treasure Hunt at Christmas, we hope to raise far more this time to benefit the Amigos de Criancas for the childrens home near Albufeira.
