Bruxy,
The above report ....pretty, pretty disgraceful............but given what comes our way on a daily basis...are we surprised and shocked anymore.........I like the recent story of the 2 professionals who unknown to their regulatory body are working together   and also with an Estate Agent ...who no doubt recommends said professionals to both parties( i.e.one working for the seller and the other working for the purchaser) ........who when well got caught out and foiled from getting their hands on a client's money tog with an attempt to defraud the state taxes and leaving the purchaser with all sorts of problems at a later date.....got the tippex out and used it on a Deed moments before it was to be signed via POA ....and the other one banging his fist on a table like a spoilt child who could not get his own way and then muttered words that implied...... could upset his street credibility ...............really.... when told the reliable story by the witnesses.....I thought....tough......then stop ripping innocent people off then........N.R

But seriously Gambo, I think you are right. Now they are making some effort as opposed to none at all in previous years.
