Urgent request for help!!

Hi all,
Some of you may remember that I posted on here recently with regards to a property programme we're making in the Algarve.
Basically, our Portuguese speaker is currently on a flight back to the UK and unfortunatly my Portuguese doesn't extend past Bom Dia and Obrigado
I have been trying to sort some stuff out with a Portuguese estate agent and I think between my lack of Portuguese and his lack of English we've achieved precisely nil.
I would really really appreciate it if there was some kind Portuguese speaking soul out there who would be kind enough to make a few phone calls for me today and possibly tomorrow to help sort this out.
