I see Sandpaper Van Gelder wants to build a new "island " of val do lobo (dont think its an offshore golf course) but he hopes the permission will be a bit quicker than the 25 years he had to wait for phase 1 to be approved and 23 years for phase 2 approval

now Im thinking if this is the normal run around time for someone at the top in Algarve tourism then what hope is there for Jose Normal....???
