I am interested in buying a villa or large apt on a golf complex. I have looked at pestana but would prefer to get in on the ground when a development starts since i think there is better chance of good investment that way.

Does anyone have any inside knowledge on the companies bilding the new developments down the road from carvoeiro - are they reputable, will they finish on time, that kind of thing.

Also, does anyine know of new developments that are just at the planning stage that i could investigate

There are so many golf courses now here in Portugal that most reasonable thinking people feel that enough is enough. With the very serious climate changes inclusive of what is becoming a critical lack of water in this region.... I and others feel that the EU will very shortly be firing broad shots across Portugal and the Algarve's bows, to curb anymore.
