Advert on the back page of the Algarve Resident for Monarch Scheduled:

Faro to Gatwick from €53* one way.

Then follow the asterisk to the small print at the foot of the ad, and you see:
“Available to book 16/4/03 – 19/05/03”

2cm outside the ad is the Algarve Resident publication date:
June 6 2003

Anyone see the connection between these two ?

If ever there is a cvo.com members two week holiday extravangza, the most simple and by far the cheapest option would be to charter our own plane.

Although God help Carvoeiro is the members of this site were to descend on it all at once

Best site I have found so far for cheap flights is www.skyscanner.net, not only for Faro but other destinations as well. Does not allow you to book online but if you have some flexibility in dates its very good at showing current prices of the major cheap air carriers e.g. Easyjet, Ryan Air, BMI Baby
