on planet algarve...I currently receive 2.5% interest on money....and then tax is due....I suppose the net is just over 1.8
but meantime prices go up and up....as this breaking news tells us...

The national electricity regulator has this week handed in a recommendation to the government, calling for increases in the bills of consumers by 14.6% for companies and 5.6% for domestic use. In the meantime, public transport costs will increase by four percent next month.
