We are thinking of a break at the end of November, are there still a number of restaurants open then? and what sort of temperature would we expect?

Some will close often from mid-late Nov then open just before Christmas.

 Hi Claire, the weather in November and December can be lovely and sunny and in a sheltered spot you will need sun cream! during the day it can be warm and a t shirt or short sleeves will be the norm, the evenings get very cold quite quickly as soon as the sun goes down. If you plan on having clothes which you can layer it works for me.

We travel out once a month from October through to June, and love the winter the most.

Hi Claire,
Gary and I were out last December (going out again 7th Dec) and we found enough restaurants open to keep us happy for those few days we managed to grab away. Lesley is right, gets real nippy in the evenings but the days can be warm enough for T Shirts.
Have a great stay.
Gaynor :)

The winter is the best time to go. No crowds, pleasant weather and enough shops, bars and restaurants open to satisfy your every need.

This year, as last, Sharen and I will be there for Christmas & New Year, and next year we're going for Easter.
