Anyone know what is being built where the two large T cranes are situated behind Monte Servo and to the left of ADM?

I know where this is, but I don't know what they are building although it looks fairly substantial. From memory there are three cranes on the hill???

Seems as if it might be a small development but very slow progress indeed and seems a lot of crane for a small area!?

Just been by for a look. Doesn't seem to be villas or apartments as there is a lot of heavy concrete work below ground. No licence "Alvara" visible to tell you what is intended but looks to me like a small hotel - maybe???

What?!?! No Alvara?? You're kidding, right?

Gawd, I love the Algarve.
Been past there a number of times since it started as we are looking after an adjacent plot - nobody really seemed interested in our patrolling of the perimeter.
One neighbour told me he had heard from a reliable source that this was going to be an apartment/villa complex a bit like Colina da Lapa or Presa de Moura. Now although this is an extensive plot, I seriously doubt they can afford to waste space on individual villa plots. My guess would be an apart-hotel, maybe bungalows an possibly a shop or two, but this is all still speculation untill the site is legal (visible Alvara).
Watch this space.

Looks like a job for Super Bruxinha

(Sorry, I've arrogantly decided to turn myself into a super heroine)
I've already upset Silves Câmara enough for this millennium, might as well have a go at Lagoa while I'm at it
I want danger money though

Actaully don't tell the Camara as they will probably impose an erection tax, unless of course you move it offshore.
