Wow, my very own fan
Don't worry about the calories in the Turkey Roast; those things are so packed with water that the actual meat content - and therefore calorific value - is nil

Steen, now that I have expanded my fan club base from zero to 1, perhaps you should consider moving my
very popular
weekly updates to within a dedicated Topic. Then my many fan could see at a glance when the next rivetting instalment is available.

Please add me to the fan list - perhaps a web site dedicated to "snake-hips" Crane would be in order.
have been going to WW for a year and am now within 7lb of my target and it is going so slowly - my sense of humour sometimes fails. The Crane view of dieting has brought me humour and hope!
keep up the good work

We will expect photos - are you sure you're ready to be a celebrity? No more quiet dinners in town! Screaming fans in front of your apartment, villa or hotel, on the beach... Do you really want it?

Anita: Just aim for one pound a week. It'll only take 14 weeks to lose a stone. Also, Rosemary, bless her, makes you do exercise in addition to dieting - and it really does make a difference!
Steen: I'm ready

Hi Michael,
Thanx 4 the reply but you havent mentioned how much weight you have lost this week - been having the odd sneaky cream cake have u
By the way dont insult Bernard Matthews Turkey roasts they r from Norfolk just like my Mum who is trying to diet just like my sis.
Have you ever tried running up and down all those steps in Lincoln nr. the Cathedral - cant remember their names but they led from shops up to Cathedral.
Have fond memories of Lincoln where my son was born in 1992. Fantastic Indian restaurant near the Cathedral - have you been in there?
And is it Sargents Icecream - ooh I could just eat one or two of those myself now

Anyway keep up the good work and look forward to your updates which we hope will be regular to inspire all those dieters out there.
