In a bit of a rush to get down to Silves BUT in a nutshell;

Anna is offering her sincere congratulations to the President of the local Carvoeiro Parish Council for organising this years festival. She also says that one can't fail to mention the simply fantastic firework display, despite it being set off only on one side.

You may comment why Sr Jorge Pardal deserves to continue on in the Carvoeiro Parish Council she ends by saying with a wink emoticon.

Gambo wrote it is also worth while referring to 1. clean streets 2. traffic flowing normally without the mobile sellers occupying the Estrada do Farol for the week. Carvoeiro continues to breath and continues to work normally. Thank you Mr President.
