Does anyone know anything about these apartments? How close are they (walking distance to Carvoiero)

Hi. My friends have an apartment there. The apartments are very nice and spacious. However, Pedra Grande is close to Rocha Brava, so quite a long way from town. My friend's mum occasionally walked down to town but never back up (very hilly), but she really likes walking and it does take a fair while. Hope that helps
