Does anyone have any info on caramujeira? how far is it to carvoeiro? is there anything there? we are coming over on the 7th and staying there, all information gratefully recieved.

Caramujeira is about 4 km from Carvoeiro depending on the place where you are staying . Could you tell where exacly ?

the villa we are staying in is called villa caramujeira, thats all i know!

its near a vey nice beach called praia do marinha...also a place called benegel which is a very very steep road down and up to the beach...there are some restuarants there and also there was a english resturant near prai do marinha...apart from that not much else..no shops etc

Try the locally made Caramujeira wine. It's rough 'n' ready!
