i see on the news web site that aquas algrave have camaras that there will be water shortages tonight between 6 .9pm..and its only july...almost another 3 months to go before we get rain

Peter I've just seen this over on other site 'TalkAlgarve'.....and yes it looks that way..the poster said it was on News website I think....
but isn't this a bit late?.....
How long since theres been any decent rainfall? December?...
I'd like to know from folk resident there...has there been any switch off of supply previous to now?..
During our time(early 90s)..in summertime..it was quite a regular thing for water to be switched off without notice.......
at least now you are being given some notice...
No sign of any rain at all?
