Golf Courses - green paint

This is on here coz Im not allowed on ChitChat (perhaps Ill be blackballed here as well).

There is a ref on ChitChat to "why not paint the golf courses instead of using water" - as a matter of information - many of the Algrave courses (and Spanish and others as well) have used a blue dye in the water sprayed onto the greens - and the tees and sometimes the fairways as well - for some years - this helps to make them look "lusher" than they actually are !

If you tee off early in the morning you end up with blue shoes !

I know this isnt very interesting but at least its not abusive !

Maybe if they sprayed the rough ground green as well the ball would not bounce as far or as erratically.

Last time plated Pinta sent ball in general direction of waterpark, probably still bouncing !!!
