gobbler is just an affectionate nickname from my friends, and we are most certainly not lager louts as we enjoy many other drinks such as cocktails, jack daniels, vodka etc.

My my, you're sensitive to a bit of ribbing. Take a look at the emoticons - smiley, rolling, meant as fun. There's no need to get personal calling me a saddo. Also, I log on at home (where I work) and my wife logs on at work.

I not old, cranky or miserable either. I am 56 years old and as fit as a buthcher's dog and look 10 years younger, I have still got a full head of hair which you'll be lucky to have at my age - I am very cheerful and amiable and have loads of things to do. me and three of my uni mates are going over for a week on saturday 23rd, we've to carvoeiro once before but can only remember the jail house so will be in there first night if its still open untill we find anywhere else. will look out for six lads drinking larger!
