The restaurant at Caneiros Beach is great for fish and seafood. Huge tiger prawns and lobster etc

There is only one restaurant on Caneiros beach, it is called Rei das Praias.

Talking of restaurants has anyone been in the new place at top of hill going out towards r/brava - on the right hand side beside primavera. Is it italian. I think it is called medici.

I was disappointed when we tried it - the dish I had is much better at Via Italia - but Villa Medici looks to be busy every time we go past!

medici is very well done out and it is nice to sit up elevated looking over all. nice courtyard at back and the inside has also been done well. spent a bit of money I think. I thought the portugese had no money!

Hi ... does anyone have the number for the Gala restaurant in the middle of the town. We're arriving on Thursday and want to get something booked rather than walking up and down trying to get a table somehwere.
