Hi,

I am coming to Cvo with my wife, two and half year old daughter and two friends end of July for a couple of weeks. Anyone got any recommendations for nice child-friendly restaurants? (Preferably with good food as well!)

I will bang the drum for Jota Lita. Jaoa (or John to those who can't always get the Potugese a-oown right) always seems genuinely happy to serve his customers from babies to pensioners. Good food, though probably not the best in Carvoeiro, but you'll go a long way to beat the welcome in my opinion. We're counting the days to our holiday in July.

don't worry mate, i'd say 99% of the restaurants in carvoeiro are todller friendly, and most of them serve good food, you'd best have a loock at the restaurants forum and decide from there....

The Portuguese don’t hire babysitters, they always take their kids with them to restaurants. So assuming any decent restaurant is run by portuguese, they'd expect kids to be included
