Cant believe I havent logged on for 3 months,have been stuck in London and Brazil but will be around for 6 weeks from 18th July.Am trying hard to stay fit,does anyone know of a gym I can go to ?I usually run but find the hills a bit hard going and the getting up early if its very hot!

Have a look under the Property Owners section Caroline - Gambrinus has recently given info on the Tennis Club's gym - up in CC area.

There is a small gym at the Rocha Brava complex with wieghts rowers and a couple of treamills. They also do a variety of classes to get you fitter.
