There was music in the square last week!

Definately music on Tuesday night!

so is it back for good?
Is there a way of finding out which nights music is on?

There was the Southampton Albion brass band in the square during Whit week. They were very good.

Last year I recall the music schedule posted somwhere on this site. The Junta also make it available on the notice board situated on the left hand side of the square.

Thats very interesting about the Southampton Albion brass band. They sound truly wonderful, however I feel that you are missing out on life. Don't understand? Let me explain...if you want a really great time in the square, go when the Peruvian pipe band are on with Cd's you can buy for 3 quid! Then again, there not as good as the portuguese Tom Jones who is often compared to a squawking tom cat on a rainy London street in the middle of winter

Norwich Boy - picking up on your squawing cats - I read in the press this morning that there are a couple of ladies up your way who were prosecuted for keeping some 300 odd wild animals including 48 cats. You could take a few off of their hands and bring them over to compliment Tom's squawking!!
