To the lady requesting info about Carvoeiro Mar. The restaurant opened on 12th July 2002 give or take a day. I think a few people were caught out by this as apartments had been rented long before the restaurant thought about opening and so of couse it was not mentioned. Previous to this the building had been empty since being built.
There was a problem with the pool last June. It was voted by the owners wether to repair the pool mid-summer or wait for the winter so that clients were not disapointed. Winter won the vote and the pool has now been repaired and people are now using it.
The bar changed hands 1st August from Walter to Tom. Years ago bar clients were allowed to use the pool. Now they must pay to do so and are not allowed to use sun beds unless staying on the complex.
