• bicycle hire

Can anyone tell of a bicycle hire firm in Carvoeiro, I have friends who may be coming over later this summer who may like to hire bikes?

Thanks e-richard for the info re bike hire, have tried web site for algarve bike hire & seems to be just what is required. Only thing not on it is where in Carvoeiro the hire shop is, can you help again?

Hi there i can reccomend a company called moto rent who are based on the road out of town. Their website is www.motorent.pt they spesialise in motorbikes and scooters but i know they rent push bikes too.

Bob T is good bet and he is very professional.......he is a 15 min walk from Carvoeiro centre.but he I think delivers the bikes anyway and has all sorts.....nice guy too ..give him a try

I hired a mountain bike from Bob for 2weeks last year, bike was great and he was on call 24/7 should anything happen (flat tyres etc) - you also get lock/helmet/inflator/water bottle - pity he couldnt push me up them bloody hills

Thanks safc & BobT & all who replied to my query; thanks for all the useful info.Can see my friends now on the californian tandem! in pedal pushers - I'll need to demand photos for helping out!! Hope your cold is soon better BobT- best to stay in CVO !
