Until recently I used a phonecard giving very cheap rates Portugal/UK because it allowed me to dial via a local Portuguese number. This is no longer possible because of a "change in Portuguese Telephone regulations" An 882 code has been substituted but I am unable to find out from the card supplier or the PT Comm website what PT Comm charges for this. I don't think it is one of their geographic codes. Any idea as to cost per min?
