Nothing specific......Its just that people on this site respond better to tradesmen/Garages/services/shops/ etc etc etc in the Carvoeiro area...It would be useful sometimes to look for such things in other areas ..

I feel compeled to help (but rarely i am of any real help) mainly because I feel that the ones that decide to undergo the process of buying property and building a house in here, living abroad, are truly very brave people. One has to face a diferent culture, diferent laws and a diferent language.

well I've been putting it to the test and I like the ‘direct answers’ feature…
search “what's the capital of Australia” and gooooogle comes up with a list of nearly 1m pages
while MSN comes up with the answer “Canberra” followed by about 1/2m web pages
hmmmm………

'ere..I've just had a deck at that..they've nicked one of our oranges!!

I Love their MAP...can we have one ??...the street names are very useful.......I dont even know where I live and I've lived here for 6 Months !!
