It is very close to the centre, up the hill behind Monte Dourado, are you thinking for buying or renting?

Renting,I'm having trouble envisaging where this is for some reason,is it fairly new,can you access it from the road that goes to monte dourado off restaurant hill?

Yes, it is quite new - less than 2 years old. If you go up past the market, turn left into Monte Dourado follow the road down to reception, turn right just past reception and up another hill - the apartments are there.

Alternatively turn right after Auto Jardim and opposite the pottery market, follow the road up to the left and you can see the apartments directly ahead. Turn left before reception and up the hill.

It may depend what block number in Colina Verde you are looking at . I think it is Block no 10 that is accessed from the main street (Rua do Barranco??) just up and across from the pottery market ,using a door entry system and this block is above the shops etc along here.
The rest of the development is up behind Monte Dourado reception as Kteee says and these are more like townhouse style apartments.

yes, they are the white/yellow apartments on the hill directly behind tennis courts/monte dourado reception
