Hi,, I'm will be in Carvoeiro tomorrow. Have been looking at another site where it said the average temperature in Feb was 17c. I just looked at your weater cam site and it shows temps in the 30's. Is this correct? Can I expect it to be in the 30's??? Hope so!!!!

The sensor is in direct sunlight and the values are therefore not that realistic as you have to discount the chill factor. The felt temperature in the sun is probably in the low 20s, the air temp is around 15.

The weathercam on this site can be a bit misleading - the sensors or whatever they are are sited on a wall in direct sunshine and are also I think affected by reflected warmth from the building - this means that temperatures when the sun is actually on the "camera" are "inflated".
General daytime temps (in the sun but sheltered from any wind - not much around at the moment) are in the late teens to early twenties in the main BUT it gets quite cold at night at this time of year.
Still a lot better than the UK though !
