• Property wanted

After having a sale fall though recently on a property in CVO I am now back on the well beaten path of looking for suitable property again.

If anyone knows of a T2 property available I would be really gratful for details

what sort of thing are you looking for, I have a T2 in Vale Centiannes that will be for sale in about 2 months time (recently renovated).

Ideally 2 bed property with acess to a pool & not too far from the centre (kids small legs)

We like Monte Dourado, but having stayed there a few times I would only be happy with the duplex with the roof terraces, but don't want to pay the price for the privilage.

A friend is selling a furnished T2 just up the estrada do Farol. 2nd floor of the building opposite O Cantinho. I dont think they have access to a pool, but I would have to check to be sure.

Being from Canada, I am glad someone asked what T2 means. Now what does "subdivision" in this context describe?

as far as I am concerned, a "T2" is a 2 bedroom apartment
a "3 assoalhadas" is a 2 bedroom apartment

check out the web site for algarveteam propoerties, they had a duplex ( 2bd ) overlooking town and sea view that we were interested in ( decided to look for something bigger )

Yep - that would be the one, after numerous emails back and forth, being on the market for 3 months the day after I agreed to purchase it has mysteriously sold and gone to provisionary contracts!!

I must apologise for the "short and sweet" answer, I was feeling a little rough and my pacience was not all that either

I realize the whole Tx and assoalhadas do become a bit confusing. It is a two bedroom apartment - I am surprised that it fell through, as he told me himself yesterday, that it was still on the market.
