Can anyone recommend a good hair stylist in CVO (by stylist I mean someone who can style hair and not just hack it as I have already had one bad experience with one "scissors hands"). Oh, by the way, someone that understands English as well as also had a disaster in Geneva when we had a communication breakdown in French.
